I just signed up with vistapages web hosting. Actually I found that vistapages signup page is a little confusing and not straightforward. Vistapages signup process is slow as well, where it require many accounts setup and approval.

After I signed up new vistapages account, and make the payment through paypal, I have to wait more than a day for the account approval. There was some problem with the accounts signup, where they didn’t receive the account information which contains the cpanel login information.

After a day waiting, I started a new e-mail ticket and send it to vistapages billing department. After a couple of hours, they reply to me with the new account setting information. Bet they just create the account for me. Wasted over a day of waiting

Vistapages support team is slow in setup new customers account, that is one of the poor hosting experience that I had.
